These are typical sizes only. The above models are single modules only. Higher populations are very easily catered for, by placing modules side-by-side. Pollution Control (UK) Ltd also design custom units for a specific footprint where required.

Please contact our sales team if you have any queries

ECO-SAF units can be sized to integrate/replace existing systems e.g. discs and shaft in an RBC unit.

* Primary/Balance Tanks and clarification Tanks incorporated into package plant system. This footprint size is for a linear configuration. Other configurations to suite specific site requirement are possible.

STANDARD CONTROLS INCLUDE:

BS steel cabinet, Isolation Switch, Duty/Select & auto change on failure status for duty/standby blowers, visual status display, hours run readouts, thermal overloads, telemetry marshalling. All blowers are low noise side channel units fitted with manual inverter control unless otherwise specified. All of the above can be mounted in a GRP cabinet or local MCC.

DESLUDGING

De-sludging outlets will be configured to suit best site access and is recommended every 60-90 days (approx).

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • Duty/standby pumps and Blower arrangements.
  • Fat, Oil and Grease (FOG) removal systems.
  • Pre-screening and storm water arrangements.

INSTALLATION

In most cases installation can be completed within 2-3 days to a prepared base, and can be placed on hard standing or into a levelled excavation.

Pollution Control's systems are designed to produce a final effluent quality better than 10/15/5 mg/l when operated within the conditions specified in the above table, although better results can be achieved incorporating Nitrification cells.

The above data is based on domestic wastewater, for other applications please contact Pollution Control.
